The Husk Conveying System is designed for the efficient transportation of rice husk in rice mills and processing plants. This pneumatic conveying solution is commonly used to move husk from the dehusker machine to storage yards or boiler dump areas without manual handling.

Multivent Engineers offers an advanced pneumatic conveying model known as Power Pac, which is specially developed for long-distance husk transportation. The system allows smooth material transfer through pipelines even when multiple bends are required along the conveying route.

System Working

The Power Pac unit is installed beneath the discharge side of the dehusker machine. Rice husk falls into a specially designed hopper through gravity and then passes through a Rotary Airlock Valve (RAV).
